Job summary

Labcorp in Singapore is seeking a Senior Scientist specializing in Immunochemistry to join our expanding biochemistry team. The role focuses on method development, validation, data interpretation and collaboration with project teams to deliver high-quality analytical results.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor degree in Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry with several years of hands-on lab experience, including SOP compliance, equipment troubleshooting and client interaction as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry is required.
• Experience with standard laboratory equipment and analytical instrumentation.
• Demonstrated ability to document work and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes samples and develops/validates methodologies per SOPs and guidelines.
• Documents work and maintains study documentation and lab records.
• Sets up, maintains, operates and performs routine and non-routine equipment maintenance.
• Informs management of issues and deviations and recommends corrective action.
• Acts as lead chemist on projects with minimal supervision.
