Job summary

WWM Design Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead the structural design of buildings from concept to detailed design on complex, integrated projects.

You will play a key role in shaping engineering systems that integrate with architectural design. You will mentor junior staff, ensure regulatory compliance with Singapore standards, and develop parametric models using Rhino/Grasshopper, Python, and BIM workflows in Revit to optimise design processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 6–7 years of experience in infrastructure and structural design.
• Familiarity with Singapore authority requirements (LTA, PUB, BCA, NParks).

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality engineering designs.
• Provide advanced design/analysis expertise for complex projects.
• Develop parametric models using Python, Grasshopper, Dynamo.
• Run FEA checks with Etabs, SAP2000, Safe for multiple load cases.
• Prepare construction drawings, specs and calculations for submissions.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards in all designs.
• Review and approve engineering designs and specs.
• Mentor junior engineers and staff.
