WSP Asia is seeking a Senior Engineer (Civil & Structural) in Singapore to lead the design and delivery of civil and structural solutions on moderate to large projects. You will perform analyses, coordinate interfaces, and provide technical guidance to junior engineers throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires 4–6 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of Singapore codes, and the ability to deliver designs from concept through construction support.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant civil and structural design experience.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Codes of Practice and regulatory requirements.
• Experience delivering designs from concept to construction support.
• Professional registration (or progress towards) encouraged.

Responsabilités

• Lead preliminary, schematic and detailed civil/structural designs for projects of moderate to large scale and complexity.
• Perform and review structural analyses to ensure safe load transmission per codes and project requirements.
• Provide technical direction to junior engineers on assigned components.
• Coordinate interfaces with architecture, MEP, geotechnical and construction teams; manage clashes and risks.
• Provide senior technical support during construction with site inspections and clarifications.
• Prepare and sign off design deliverables per WSP standards; ensure QA/QC compliance.
• Act as discipline reviewer for internal approvals and design quality.
