RMA CONSULTANTS PTE LTD seeks Head of Structural Design (Singapore) to lead the structural engineering and design function for complex local and international projects. You will drive engineering excellence, regulatory compliance, and design innovation from concept through construction.
You will oversee the team, coordinate with architects and contractors, and ensure timely delivery in Singapore's regulatory framework including BCA and SS EN Eurocodes.
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree or above in Civil/Structural Eng or related discipline.
- Minimum 12 years of structural design experience; leadership in design teams.
- Familiar with Singapore Standards, SS EN Eurocodes, and BCA submission processes.
- Proficient in SAP2000, ETABS, 3D3S, Dlubal, IDEA StatiCa; AutoCAD; Rhino/Grasshopper, Revit or Tekla a plus.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and construction-stage support.

- Lead structural design and engineering delivery for complex projects.
- Oversee design reviews, calculations, and technical documentation.
