Job summary

RECRUITFLASH PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Senior Civil/Construction Manager to lead planning, design and construction activities in Singapore, ensuring safety and on-time delivery of development works.

You will manage site coordination and report progress to senior management. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of related experience, is comfortable with overseeing civil/structural or architectural projects, and holds a relevant engineering or architecture degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in civil/construction.
• Prefers managerial exposure in civil/structural or related areas.
• Experience in structural and architecture works is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and direct construction activities to ensure safe and timely delivery and completion of development works.
• Present management reports on project progress, personnel performance, and problems with effective solutions.
• Cover site activities and documents, reporting in a timely manner to management.

Education

Bachelor's Degree / Post Grad Diploma / Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Quantity Survey, Architecture or equivalent
