Job summary

Omega 365 Singapore is seeking a Senior Structural Design Lead to direct and coordinate design activities for Design-Build and EPC tender submissions in Singapore. You will ensure technical accuracy, prepare and review tender docs, and manage design deliverables through the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in structural design and design management for building construction projects.
• Experience with Singapore building regulations, design codes, and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate structural design activities for DB and EPC tender submissions, ensuring technical accuracy, completeness and compliance.
• Prepare, review, and compile technical tender documents including design proposals, calculations, specifications, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with internal disciplines, consultants, subcontractors and external stakeholders during tender and clarifications.
• Manage and oversee structural design development through project lifecycle after contract award; ensure timely delivery of design deliverables.
• Review and coordinate design changes, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with Singapore codes and project specs.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and engineering teams to facilitate design coordination and approvals.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the structural design team; ensure high-quality engineering solutions.
• Support value engineering, constructability reviews, and design optimization for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
