Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in structural engineering for large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS, or similar.
• Thorough understanding of local building codes and international standards.
• Experience in construction supervision and quality control processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex structural issues.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and liaise effectively with clients and contractors.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex civil and structural design using advanced software tools to ensure safety and integrity of structures.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to create innovative and efficient structural solutions.
• Prepare detailed structural drawings, specifications, and calculations in compliance with local building codes and international standards.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Analyze and resolve structural issues that arise during the construction phase.
• Prepare and review technical reports, including structural calculations and design criteria.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts and solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in structural engineering.
