Job summary

Grab, Southeast Asia's leading superapp, is seeking a Senior Manager for its Strategic Initiatives & PMI team. You will lead high-priority strategic projects, drive end-to-end transformations, and oversee post-merger integrations across the regional footprint.

You will work with ex-MBB alumni, translating complex analyses into structured narratives, aligning stakeholders and delivering measurable outcomes while traveling across Grab's Southeast Asian markets as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of management consulting experience at top firms (MBB preferred).
• Strong problem framing, MECE thinking, and clear communication.
• Proven end-to-end program ownership with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management in matrix organizations.
• Willingness to travel across Grab's Southeast Asian markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority strategic projects and PMI workstreams.
• Structure problems, align stakeholders, and drive ground-level execution.
• Orchestrate end-to-end transformations and post‑merger integrations.
• Translate analyses into clear narratives to influence leadership decisions.
