Job summary

FairPrice Group is seeking a Senior Strategist to support the S&T leadership in driving the transformation agenda across business units and corporate functions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to push strategic projects toward tangible milestones and outcomes.

The role reports to a Director of S&T and sits within the central S&T pool, enabling prioritisation and resource allocation for key initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in consultancy, strategy, or corporate planning.
Strong strategic thinking and project management.
Ability to drive insights from data.
Effective communication with all levels and audiences.
Proficiency in creating presentations and Excel data analysis.
Ability to influence and shape work independently.
Retail domain knowledge and commercial sense; analytics or change/M&A appreciated.

Responsibilities

Support the leadership team in orchestrating priority Transformation initiatives with key stakeholders and external consultants.
Prepare agendas, work plans, and narratives; coordinate and follow-ups.
Identify interdependencies across transformational initiatives with stakeholders.
End-to-end development and delivery of specific business strategy reviews as required.
Work in cross-unit taskforces to deliver outcomes on priority goals.
