Qualifications

• 15+ years across top-tier strategy consulting, corporate strategy, transformation, corporate development or M&A
• Experience leading complex enterprise transformation programs
• Strong exposure to M&A, due diligence, synergy planning, and PMI
• Experience with senior executives and Board interactions
• PE-backed or multinational experience is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide value creation initiatives and transformation programs
• Define strategies, hypotheses, business cases, and measurable outcomes
• Govern cross-functional programs with governance, timelines and milestones
• Engage executives, drive alignment, and influence Board-level audiences
• Support M&A opportunities, due diligence, synergy planning and integration execution
• Develop robust financial models and scenario analyses
• Provide data-driven insights to guide strategic decision-making
