SMRT Corporation Ltd is seeking an Executive / Senior Executive to support strategic planning, project management and operational initiatives within the Vehicle Leasing business. You will help develop plans, analyze performance and present insights to senior management.

The role offers exposure across strategy, governance and stakeholder coordination, with opportunities to drive improvements and contribute to business growth in a dynamic transport environment.

Qualifications

• A tertiary degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Experience in strategy, corporate planning, or business planning functions is beneficial.
• Familiarity with transportation or mobility industries preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with ownership in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong reporting and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Business Analysis: Prepare strategy papers and performance reports for senior management.
• Project Management & Transformation: Lead projects from planning to implementation and drive efficiency.
• Reporting & Governance: Produce operational/financial reports and dashboards; ensure governance standards.
• Stakeholder Management & Coordination: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on regulatory and strategic matters.
• Administrative & Ad Hoc Duties: Provide secretariat support for meetings and coordination activities.
