Job summary

SMRT Trains Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Manager, Strategic Planning to report to the Senior Manager, Strategic Planning. The role focuses on helping Trains establish, manage, and maintain plans aligned with business objectives and outcomes to ensure a safe and reliable railway service.

You will identify strategic needs, review stakeholder interests, and contribute to Trains’ policies and action plans while coordinating with divisions and management to implement the strategy.

Qualifications

• Degree and/or professional certification in a relevant discipline (e.g. Business Management, Engineering, etc)

Responsibilities

• Implement work plan process and cascade Trains’ strategy focus to all Trains Divisions
• Guide Trains Divisions to draw up Division work plans in alignment to Trains’ strategic priorities
• Coordinate with Corp Shared services and Trains Management to develop Trains Performance Scorecard
• Monitor and regulatory report Trains performance to Trains Management and the Board
• Prepare and consolidate data and presentation for internal and external key stakeholders
