Qualifications

• 4-7 years working experience in corporate finance, investment & research, in-house strategy, corporate development or equivalent function.
• Experience in building robust financial models.

Responsibilities

• Drive corporate strategy projects, including annual workplan and balanced scorecard design and reporting.
• Drive strategic projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency, drive revenue growth, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Support engagement activities with key stakeholders, including external government and private entities.
• Facilitate risk deep-dive discussions with internal stakeholders.
• Consolidate and present top risk reports for senior management and board risk committee.
• Conduct in-depth analyses (quantitative/qualitative), business case build-up and financial models to evaluate opportunities.
• Drive and provide due diligence and financial modelling support for transactions (M&A, JV, Tender).
• Assist in end-to-end deal execution and post-transaction monitoring.
• Prepare reports/presentations capturing key highlights and insights of transactions.
• Engage ventures portfolio companies and report progress to senior management.
