You will lead strategic workstreams, coordinate across functions and translate priorities into actionable plans, management insights and follow-up actions.

You will oversee research on industry trends, develop analytical frameworks, and prepare briefs and presentations for senior management

Qualifikationen

• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, writing and communication skills for senior stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement, facilitation and negotiation skills.
• Meticulous, self-driven, able to manage multiple priorities and tight timelines.
• Experience supervising or mentoring team members.
• At least 10 years' relevant experience in strategy, planning, policy, consultancy, research, reporting, stakeholder engagement, data/analytics or related fields.

Aufgaben

• Lead strategy and planning workstreams with plans, measures and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate across functions and external stakeholders on priorities and KPI matters.
• Prepare briefs, materials, papers and presentations for senior management and the Board.
• Plan corporate planning sessions and translate outcomes into priorities.
• Oversee research on industry groups, employment trends and workforce priorities.
• Shape analytical work and strengthen recommendations for decision-making.
• Oversee reporting and dashboards, KPI trackers and informational outputs.
• Strengthen data readiness and governance for reliable analysis.
• Guide and develop team members to deliver quality work.
