Qualifications

• 13 years of relevant experience in strategy, planning, policy development, management consulting, or analytics.
• Proven track record in driving enterprise-wide initiatives and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Planning, Strategy & Insights function with strategic direction across corporate planning, performance management, research and analytics.
• Drive enterprise-wide strategy formulation and corporate planning aligned with organisational priorities.
• Lead foresight, research and insights on employment, employability, workforce trends to inform decisions.
• Partner with senior management and NTUC leadership to provide strategic advice and governance support.
• Oversee performance management, KPI reporting and organizational effectiveness.
• Build strategic partnerships with government bodies and stakeholders to advance objectives.
• Oversee development of organizational insights and analytics for board discussions.
• Serve as trusted adviser to senior management on complex issues.
