Job summary

EMPLOYMENT AND EMPLOYABILITY INSTITUTE PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior strategy professional to lead strategy and planning workstreams, coordinate cross-functional efforts and prepare materials for the e2i Board.

The role focuses on evidence-based decision making, KPI management and robust governance. You will drive research on industry trends and manage reporting frameworks, with mentorship responsibilities to develop team capabilities and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong strategic thinking and ability to frame issues clearly for senior stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, writing and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
• Meticulous, able to manage multiple priorities and tight timelines.
• Experience supervising, mentoring or guiding team members.
• 10+ years in strategy, planning, policy, consultancy, research, reporting or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned strategy and planning workstreams with workplans and implementation plans.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders on corporate priorities and KPIs.
• Prepare briefs, materials and presentations for senior management and the e2i Board.
• Plan and facilitate strategy sessions and translate outcomes into actionable priorities.
• Oversee research on industry groups, employment trends and workforce priorities.
• Shape analytical work and ensure evidence-based decision-making outputs.
• Oversee corporate reporting, dashboards and KPI trackers for timely insight.
• Strengthen data readiness and governance for reliable analysis and learning.
• Guide and develop team members to ensure quality and timely delivery.
