Job summary

NTUC’s e2i (Employment & Employability Institute) invites applications for Assistant Director, Strategy, Planning & Insights. You will shape strategy, oversee planning, performance management and workforce insights, translating priorities into actionable plans and management reporting.

Experienced in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
Proven writing, presentation and governance capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead assigned strategy and planning workstreams with clear milestones and KPIs.
Drive cross-functional coordination and engage stakeholders including government and partners.
Prepare briefs, papers and presentations for senior leadership and the e2i Board.
Plan and facilitate corporate planning sessions and translate outcomes into priorities.
Oversee research on employment trends and workforce insights.
Shape analytical work and strengthen recommendations for decision-making.
Oversee reporting, dashboards and KPI tracking for timely decision-useful outputs.
Strengthen data readiness, definitions, and information flows for reliable analysis.
Guide and develop team members to deliver high-quality work on schedule.
