Job summary

NTI Nanofilm seeks an accomplished leader to shape growth for the Industrial Equipment Business Unit. You will steer general management, sales, marketing, market expansion, and distributor/partner networks to commercialise FCVA, PECVD and PVD coating equipment for high-precision R&D and scalable production.

You will drive operating and financial performance across targeted industries, coordinating multiple functions to ensure timely delivery and strong customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Business, Marketing or related discipline.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Group CEO and Unit leadership to shape strategy, roadmap and objectives.
• Lead product management for FCVA, PECVD and PVD coating equipment and pricing.
