Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Executive, Business Development to identify and pursue new partnerships with corporate, government, institutional and international partners. You will build a robust pipeline, conduct market research and coordinate with stakeholders to tailor education and industry solutions.

Based in Singapore, the role follows a 5-day work week with standard hours, salary 3,800–4,500 SGD monthly, and opportunities to drive growth across sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Communications, Hospitality, Engineering or related.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in business development, account management or partnerships.
• Experience in business development, partnership management or account management.
• Experience supporting corporate events, workshops, conferences or stakeholder engagements.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage contacts, opportunities and pipeline activities.
• Experience in digital marketing, campaign management or lead generation advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and pursue new business and partnership opportunities with corporate, government, institutional and international partners.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market, industry and competitor research to identify emerging business opportunities.
• Follow up on leads, proposals and partnership discussions to support revenue generation.
• Attend external meetings, networking sessions and industry engagements with stakeholders.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations and other partnership materials.
• Coordinate with faculty to develop customised education and industry solutions.
• Support executive education, customised corporate programmes and professional development initiatives.
