Job summary

foodpanda is part of the Delivery Hero Group and operates in multiple markets. We are seeking an Account/Relationship Manager to build and sustain strong relationships with senior decision makers at major customers within a geographic focus in Singapore.

You will identify opportunities, close new revenue and ensure high customer satisfaction. You will conduct regular strategy meetings, align customer needs with our products and services, and collaborate across teams to deliver on revenue

Qualifications

• Proven track record in account/relationship management.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience selling to senior-level executives and influencers.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains long-term relationships with senior decision makers and influencers at major customers.
• Identifies, develops and closes new sales opportunities to grow revenue per account.
• Achieves revenue targets by increasing spending within assigned accounts.
• Creates demand for the organization's products and services by raising their profile with customers.
• Conducts regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand needs and align them with products/services.
