Qualifications

• Experience in client accounting, client reporting, cost budgeting.
• Analytical, meticulous with attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of the Property/Real Estate industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of accounting staff delivering accurate bookkeeping.
• Provide timely analysis of project financials to internal stakeholders.
• Manage financial reporting and performance analytics.
• Ensure transactions comply with contracts, regulations and policies.
• Oversee invoice processing and budgeting, including forecasting.
