Job summary

Knight Frank Property & Facilities Management is seeking a Strata Management Accounts Manager in Singapore. You will lead an accounting team, ensuring accurate bookkeeping for clients and timely financial analysis to support project decisions.

The role requires a strong accounting background, CPA qualification, and at least 8 years of experience, including leadership. A sound understanding of the property/real estate sector and compliance with standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy / Finance with CPA.
• Minimum 8 years of accounting experience, at least 5 in a leadership role.
• Experience in client accounting and client reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of the Property / Real Estate industry.

Responsibilities

• Consolidated financial and accounting functions across the business.
• Lead and supervise accounting staff to deliver accurate bookkeeping for clients.
• Provide timely analysis of project financials to internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and review financial reporting and performance analytics.
• Ensure transactions comply with engagement contracts, regulations and company policies.
• Manage invoice processing per payment cycles and client requirements.
• Assist in annual budgeting and forecasts.
• Regularly review processes to improve operations and compliance with accounting standards.
