Job summary

Knight Frank Property & Facilities Management in Singapore is seeking a Director/Deputy Director (Strata Management) to lead a diverse portfolio and drive operational excellence. You will work with on-site managers, clients, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional service while guiding growth initiatives.

You will oversee a multi-disciplinary team, chair AGMs, and ensure high performance across properties while maintaining strong client relationships and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in property management
• 5+ years leading teams
• Diploma or higher in Engineering (Mech/Elec) or Real Estate/Facility Management
• Knowledge of local codes and BMSMA

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of properties with focus on operations and performance.
• Lead HQ and on-site teams to improve efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and stakeholder engagement.
• Drive growth through new opportunities and tenders.
• Chair AGMs and oversee their smooth execution.
