Job summary

Worq AI seeks an experienced nursing informatics professional to bridge clinical teams and IT, optimise workflows, and drive digital health initiatives.

You will support project implementations including requirements gathering, UAT, roll-out and ongoing user support, with a focus on training and stakeholder engagement. A clinical background and Singapore Nursing Board registration are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Nursing or equivalent with health IT exposure.
• Formal training in Nursing Informatics or Health Informatics preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in acute care.
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Experience in project implementation (requirements, UAT, training).

• Drive process improvement and innovation initiatives
• Evaluate and implement healthcare technologies and system integration
• Deliver training, user support, and stakeholder engagement
• Possess a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Nursing or equivalent
• Formal training/certification in Nursing Informatics, Health Informatics, Quality Improvement or Project Management is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in acute care
• Experience in project implementation (e.g., UAT, training, requirements)
• Exposure to EMR, digitalisation or healthcare IT systems
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
