Job summary

AMS-OSRAM Asia Pacific PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Engineer to help integrate and optimize end-to-end manufacturing processes to meet product specs and performance targets in Singapore.

You will monitor process performance, analyse yield trends, and support root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions. The role involves collaborating with process and product development engineers to create process flows and initial equipment lists for projects, and mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Microelectronics, Materials, Optics or Chemical Engineering.
• 5–8 years in R&D, Engineering, manufacturing environment.
• Min 3–5 years in either R&D, packaging technologies, manufacturing.

Requirements

• Experience in sensor module packaging and/or optical engineering will be an advantage
