Job summary

The ideal candidate has solid semiconductor R&D background, proficiency in English, and strong problem-solving skills, with 10+ years in related roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in microelectronics, electronics, electrical, physics or materials engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in semiconductor R&D or related foundry experience in integration/process/device engineering.
• Experience in 2.5D and 3DIC integration and device background is a plus.
• Proficient English in oral and written communication.
