Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Microelectronics/Electronics/Electrical/Physics/Materials engineering or related field.
• 7 years of Foundry R&D or integration/process/device engineering experience.
• Experience with 2.5D and 3DIC integration is advantageous; strong problem solving (DOE, FMEA, control plans).
