Job summary

Requirements: MS or Bachelor in Electrical Engineering; 5+ years fab experience with process integration; knowledge of wafer process flow, device physics, and foundry

Qualifications

• MS or Bachelor degree in Electrical engineering or relevant.
• 5+ years of fab working experience with process integration background preferable.
• Good knowledge in wafer process flow and semiconductor device physics.
• Strong in problem solving and project management.

Responsibilities

• New Device Introduction: tape-out/tooling operations for customer design database and first pilot success.
• Project coordination: cross-department communication with customers.
• Manage conference calls, meetings and customer visits with professional presentation and logistics.
• Project management: documentation, meeting minutes, and recap for management.
