Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking an STPG PE System Engineer to support SSD products from development through high-volume manufacturing, emphasizing quality, yield improvement, and manufacturing readiness.

You will collaborate with Firmware, NAND, ASIC, Hardware, Test, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to deliver robust SSD products and drive continuous improvement through data analytics and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Electronics or Computer Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in product engineering, manufacturing test, or qualification.
• Experience with system-level debugging and root-cause analysis.
• Familiarity with SSD, NAND, PCIe/NVMe technologies and data analytics.
• Proficient in Python/SQL and scripting for automation.

Responsibilities

• Drive SSD product engineering from test bring-up through production ramp.
• Analyze test yield, characterization data, and manufacturing performance.
• Perform root-cause investigations across firmware, NAND, ASIC, hardware, and manufacturing.
• Develop automation and AI-enabled engineering solutions to improve quality.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to manage risks and delivery.
