Job summary

Seaco Asia Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced SQL Database Administrator to design, engineer, and optimize our Microsoft SQL Server environment. You will implement replication models, develop SQL objects, and lead performance hardening efforts while collaborating with development teams.

The role requires 5+ years of SQL DBA experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or with others to deliver robust data platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years as MS SQL Database Administrator.
• Experience designing/implementing complex SQL projects.
• Knowledge of SQL Server 2012+ including Availability Groups.
• Familiarity with DB2 SQL/400 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and engineer the Company's Microsoft SQL Server environment.
• Implement and maintain SQL replication models for data accuracy.
• Develop stored procedures, triggers, views, and other SQL objects.
• Provide technical advisory to development teams and resolve SQL issues.
• Create preventative maintenance procedures and documentation.
• Establish connectivity and access standards; ensure security integration.
