Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. in Singapore seeks a Splunk Security Solutions Architect to serve as a subject‑matter expert for Splunk Security products and the broader security landscape.

You will support account teams with fit‑for‑purpose security solutions, map customer priorities to Splunk capabilities, and lead technical engagements from briefings to POVs and demos. You will engage with customers onsite or remotely, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and guide issue resolution with a hands‑on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Splunk Certified Administrator or equivalent knowledge to administer Splunk Enterprise.
• 5+ years as a successful pre-sales engineer, SE, or equivalent in cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with threats, IR, SIEM, automation tools, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with installation/configuration/administration of enterprise hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
• Collaborate with account teams to plan support for sales strategies (briefings, demos, POVs, proposals).
• Map customer security priorities to Splunk capabilities and provide guidance.
• Demonstrate Splunk products onsite or remotely and at field events.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs with technical and functional input.
• Lead resolution of technical/integration problems and guide teams.
• Maintain proactive awareness of evolving security landscapes for customers.
• Bring curiosity and a positive, collaborative approach to the team.
