The role partners closely with HR and IT teams to optimize system performance and user experience while driving continuous improvement in HR service delivery.**Job Responsibilities*** Serve as the subject matter expert for HR systems, advising HR stakeholders on system functionality, effective usage, and best practices.* Identify and implement opportunities to streamline HR processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance service delivery through technology.* Support the end-to-end delivery of HRIS projects, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, implementation, upgrades, and post-implementation improvements.* Partner with HR and IT stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications for system configuration or development.* Collaborate with the internal AI team to identify suitable HR use cases and support the design, testing, and implementation of automation solutions, including HR AI agents and digital assets.* Analyze gaps between current HR processes and system capabilities, recommend appropriate solutions, and support approved enhancements that improve efficiency and user experience.* Develop, maintain, and keep current business process flows, configuration guides, training materials, and other system documentation to support operational continuity and user adoption.* Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), develop test scenarios, track defects, and confirm that system changes meet approved business requirements before deployment.* Investigate, prioritize, and coordinate the resolution of HR system issues, providing stakeholders with timely updates through to closure.* Maintain HR system configurations and data integrity by performing regular reviews, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring changes comply with established governance and control requirements.* Administer HR system security roles and access controls, conduct periodic access reviews, and ensure access is granted in accordance with approved authorization and data governance policies. **Job Requirements** Education & Certification* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field or an equivalent combination of relevant professional qualifications and experience.Experience* Three to five years of experience in HRIS support and implementation, with strong working knowledge of Workday.* Demonstrated experience with Workday modules such as Recruiting, Learning, and Onboarding.Other Prerequisites* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels.* Ability to understand business requirements, manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.Marina Bay Sands is committed to building a diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce, providing equal opportunities as we grow our talent base to match our growth ambitions in Singapore.
