Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 10+ years in asset/loan recovery for corporate/ SME borrowers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and a good team player.
• Knowledge in setting up loans recovery system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end loan asset repayment, devising remedial strategies including restructuring, enforcement, repossession and asset disposal.
• Operate regular recovery loops: track collections, refresh case status, escalate stalled cases.
• Make timely filing and enforcement decisions when insolvency is possible.
• Liaise with debt collectors, solicitors, valuers and other third parties for statutory demands and amicable solutions.
• Prepare and review bills through the Financial Management System.
• Review non-performing borrowers with support for ECL and MAS downgrades.
