Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd in Singapore invites a capable operations professional to join Group Operations GOCC, focusing on SOP transformation, content migration, and turning SOPs into reusable AI knowledge assets. You will support SOP platform administration, tagging, versioning and integration with knowledge bases, while maintaining content quality and alignment with controls and business processes.

The role requires 2–5 years in Operations or Knowledge Management, strong analytical and documentation

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Operations Management, or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in Operations, Knowledge Management, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or Transformation roles.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with SOP management, process mapping, taxonomy, metadata management, or knowledge repositories.
• Exposure to AI, GenAI, AI Agents, workflow automation, or knowledge management platforms is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deliverables concurrently.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• SOP Transformation & Content Migration: cleanup, restructuring, and migration of SOPs into standardized formats; convert SOPs into reusable AI agent skills and assets; maintain content quality, consistency, and version controls.
• SOP Platform Administration: onboarding, publishing, tagging, versioning, maintenance of SOPs within the centralized SOP Platform; coordinate integration with system Knowledge Bases; ensure accuracy of assets.
• Ontology & Knowledge Graph Support: develop and maintain ontology, taxonomy, metadata, and knowledge graph mappings; link system functionalities, SOPs, controls and processes.
• AI Knowledge Validation & Testing: test AI Agent and Cowork Skills outputs against SOP logic and requirements; assist AI indexing, knowledge validation, content QA; identify gaps and propose improvements.
• Governance & Operational Support: support control validation, RCSA/KRI automation content and mappings; prepare docs, guides, training materials, and adoption communications; provide day-to-day SOP Platform support.
