You will lead the end-to-end roadmap for a centralized SOP Platform, transforming SOPs into reusable AI agent skills and coordinating knowledge graph initiatives across multiple stakeholders. Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Knowledge Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery roadmap for centralized SOP Platform and Operations Skills ecosystem.
• Lead transformation of SOPs into reusable AI agent skills and workflows.
• Establish and manage centralized SOP Platform integrating SOPs, knowledge bases, and operational assets.
• Drive a single source of truth for operational knowledge across Group Operations.
