Job summary

Janus Digital in Singapore seeks a Digitalisation Delivery Engineer who turns buildings into data models for agentic AI. You’ll work with Project Managers and BIM Modelers to deliver static and IoT data on live projects and train client teams for handover.

You’ll ensure data accuracy, configure IoT workflows across BACnet/Modbus/MQTT/OPC UA, and support certification coaching for partners. The role blends field delivery with training, growing into senior paths while maintaining high data quality

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ hands-on experience in building MEP design, BIM delivery or related fields.
• Ability to read mechanical/electrical drawings and identify equipment on site.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of building data models and BIM verification on sites.
• Execute IoT delivery workflow: point lists, binding tables, gateway config, protocol commissioning.
• Bind IoT data points to building models and certify data accuracy and connectivity.
• Train and certify client and partner engineers to operate the platform post-handover.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, BIM Modelers and Solution Architects on delivery plans.
• Diagnose and resolve field issues, escalating complex cases as needed.
