Job summary

Janus Digital is seeking a Senior Project Manager based in Singapore to turn our AI vision into a physical, autonomous asset, owning the project from initiation through to full operation.

You will bridge mechanical/electrical engineering with generative AI, manage P&L and regulatory compliance, coordinate multiple sites, and mentor junior PMs while delivering on-time, on-budget deployments across the Singapore market.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Building Management Systems, MEP, or construction/tech delivery.
• Proven ownership of project P&L including costing, risk and profitability.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder-management under high‑pressure on-site conditions.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Singapore experience or knowledge of local regulatory landscape.
• Mandarin language ability is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle with P&L, margin and revenue realisation.
• Define the Work Breakdown Structure for complex building automation and legacy-system integration across sites.
• Oversee installation of IoT devices, gateways and BMS integrations with MEP coordination.
• Manage the transition from supervised AI to autonomous operation with telemetry and escalation design.
• Identify and mitigate cyber-physical risk and manage change requests against budget and timeline.
• Ensure delivery meets Singapore regulatory requirements (BCA Green Mark, ISO 19650, PDPA).
• Coordinate Solution Architects, Delivery Engineers and AI/ML teams across workstreams.
• Train the trainer: create and deliver training programmes for teams.
• Serve as primary client contact through UAT and handover, mentoring junior PMs.

The Opportunity

As Senior Project Manager, you're the first responsible person for turning our AI vision into a physical reality — not just managing a timeline but orchestrating the transformation of a building into a fully autonomous, AI-governed asset. Based in Singapore, you'll own a project's financial performance, technical scope, regulatory compliance and risk profile from initiation through to full autonomous operation, bridging the deterministic world of mechanical and electrical engineering with the probabilistic world of generative AI.

What You'll Do

• Own the full project lifecycle — initiation through closing — with total accountability for P&L, margin and revenue realisation
• Define the Work Breakdown Structure for complex building automation and legacy-system integration projects, and manage delivery across multiple concurrent sites
• Oversee installation of IoT devices, gateways and BMS integrations, coordinating MEP reviews to identify infrastructure limitations before deployment
• Manage the transition from supervised AI operation to reliable autonomy, working with AgentOps engineers on telemetry, monitoring and escalation design
• Identify and mitigate cyber-physical risk, and manage project change requests against budget, timeline and compliance
• Ensure delivery meets Singapore's regulatory landscape (BCA Green Mark, ISO 19650, PDPA) in partnership with specialist teams
• Coordinate Solution Architects, Delivery Engineers and AI/ML teams to unify physical, digital and regulatory workstreams
• Train the trainer: Project manager should have experience in training people. Creating training programmes and delivering training
• Act as primary client contact through UAT and a zero-gap handover into autonomous operation, and mentor Project Managers and Associate PMs across the Global Delivery team

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience within a Building Management Systems, MEP or construction/technology delivery environment
• Project Management certification — PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent
• Proven, demonstrable ownership of project P&L: costing, risk and profit-and-loss accountability
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to stay decisive under high‑pressure, on-site conditions
• Strong ability to communicate in English

NICE-TO-HAVES

• Agile/Scrum delivery experience (PMI-ACP or CSM)
• Technical literacy in Digital Twin concepts, BIM, ISO 19650 and smart building protocols (BACnet, Modbus, KNX)
• Working knowledge of converged IT/OT security and data-privacy frameworks (PDPA)
• Experience within Singapore's building or construction sector
