Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Computing or related field with at least 8 years of experience in systems analysis and end-to-end solution design.
• Strong background in telecommunications industry.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to end-to-end solution design ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Liaise with business users to collect and prioritize requirements and be the POC for all business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into effective system designs.
• Provide technical consultancy and advice on solution feasibility, application design, and integration.
• Translate business models into platform configuration or specifications for implementation or new product offerings.
• Define technical strategies with partners to drive business effectiveness and improve offerings.
• Assist with RFP/RFT responses to provide technical know-how and expertise.
