Job summary

Home Team Science and Technology Agency (HTX) in Singapore seeks a hands‑on Solution Engineer to design, develop, test, deliver and maintain automated testing solutions for mission‑critical software. You will work with tech leads, product owners and QA to ensure reliability, security and performance, while aligning with intel development objectives in anti‑scam work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience with at least 2 years in manual testing and test automation.
• Proficiency in Java, Python or C#.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute and maintain automated test scripts using frameworks and tools listed.
• Collaborate to define test strategies, acceptance criteria and maintain test plans and dashboards.
• Participate in sprint planning and defect triage meetings.
• Integrate automated tests into CI pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
• Monitor test results, provide feedback and report quality metrics to leadership.
• Coach juniors on TDD and best practices.
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases and communities of practice.
