Qualifications

• Proven experience in solution architecture within a systems integrator or enterprise technology environment.
• Strong understanding of scalable platform design and reusable asset development.
• Familiarity with modern architectural paradigms (microservices, cloud-native, API-first).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with client-facing leadership experience.
• Associate Director level or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve solution architectures for proposals with asset strategy and scalability goals.
• Collaborate with pre-sales teams to shape narratives and feasibility.
• Oversee implementation of technical systems during project delivery.
• Sign off on deployed solutions to meet standards.
• Design and maintain architecture of reusable solution assets.
• Define blueprints, integration patterns, scalability models.
• Collaborate with engineering leads to ensure consistent implementation.
• Partner with product managers, engineering teams, and client stakeholders to translate needs.
• Mentor engineering teams on architectural principles and asset reusability.
• Establish architectural standards and review mechanisms.
• Identify and assess technical risks with mitigation strategies.
• Act as technical authority during client engagements.
