Job summary

MAESTRO HUMAN RESOURCE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Software Test Lead to design and drive comprehensive testing strategies, oversee a team of testers, and ensure high-quality software across platforms.

You will manage automated testing efforts, analyze results, mentor junior testers, and collaborate closely with developers, clients, and project teams to deliver reliable software solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proficiency in VMs with both Windows and Linux.
• Strong understanding of software test design principles and testing methodologies.
• Extensive experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Devise Test Strategies and generate Master/ATP and ATPr.
• Lead software testers to execute test strategies and ATP/ATPr.
• Write, execute, and oversee tests on usability, functionality, performance, load, and reliability.
• Analyse test results to identify impacts, errors, bugs and reliability issues.
• Log testing results and collaborate with developers to analyse errors and performance issues.
• Interact with clients to understand requirements and ensure issues are addressed effectively.
• Mentor junior testers and foster a collaborative testing environment.
• Develop and maintain test documentation including test cases, scripts (ATPr), and reports (ATR).
• Implement and manage automated testing processes to improve efficiency.
• Participate in project planning and requirement analysis for comprehensive test coverage.
• Continuously improve testing methodologies, processes, and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Capable of devising Test Strategies and generate Master/Acceptance Test Plan (ATP) and Acceptance Test Procedures (ATPr)
• Ability to lead software testers to execute test strategies and ATP/ATPr.
• Writing, executing, and overseeing tests on software usability, functionality, performance, load testing and system reliability.
• Analysing test results to identify impacts, errors, bugs, and reliability issues.
• Logging testing results and collaborating with developers to analyse errors/bugs, performance issues, and other unintended behaviour.
• Interacting with clients to understand requirements, feedback, and issues, and ensuring they are addressed effectively.
• Providing guidance and mentorship to junior testers, fostering a collaborative and efficient testing environment.
• Developing and maintaining test documentation, including test cases, test scripts (ATPr), and test reports (ATR).
• Implementing and managing automated testing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Participating in project planning and requirement analysis to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Continuously improving testing methodologies, processes, and tools to enhance overall software quality.

Requirements:
