Job summary

TG Singapore seeks a seasoned leader to drive software strategy, architecture, and governance across the organisation. You will shape design, integration, and SDLC practices for enterprise-scale systems, including SQL Server, C#, and cloud-based solutions.

Lead software design reviews, security, and quality programs while mentoring teams and aligning with stakeholders. Strong ISO, DevSecOps experience is required for this senior role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 8 years of relevant experience in software development, architecture, or engineering management.
• Strong understanding of SDLC processes and engineering best practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) and BI/reporting (Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Define and implement software engineering strategies, delivery frameworks, and governance processes.
• Provide technical leadership for the project technology stack including SQL Server, C#, and cloud solutions.
• Lead design, integration, validation, and SDLC management across teams.
• Oversee QA, security, and compliance with ISO standards; drive continuous improvement.
