Job summary

opensource pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced QA Lead to assist the Software Test Manager in orchestrating end-to-end testing cycles across functional, non-functional, and automation components.

You will work with client-side stakeholders to establish baselines, guide test design, and ensure comprehensive coverage. Travel may be required for short business trips. The role requires eight+ years in software QA within BFSI, with leadership experience in testing teams and familiarity with SDLC,

Qualifications

• At least eight years of software QA experience in the BFSI industry.
• Roles in execution, design, and minimum three years in managing test teams.
• Familiar with SDLC, Waterfall, Agile, and DevOps; PMP/ISTQB/CSTM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software testing engagements across multiple types and scopes.
• Guide and train test team; ensure test coverage and traceability.
• Collaborate with Test Project Manager, Business Analyst, and DevOps to align requirements and schedule.
• Support SDM on change requests, RFQ/RFP input, and management reporting.
