Job summary

You will manage budgets, lead delivery within scope, drive AI integration, maintain QMS compliance, and liaise with product leads to design and implement effective technology solutions. Strong experience in system design, C# and C++, and excellent English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in system design with understanding of technical trends.
• Knowledge of code management software and programming skills.
• Experience developing software in C# and/or C++, with good coding practices and 60-fps simulation/game performance.
• Good knowledge or practical experience in C# and/or C++.
• Comfortable with high-level communication and networking.
• Ability to learn quickly about products and services and work with technical jargon.
• Self-motivated and resilient, able to handle customer demands.
• Proficiency in English (writing and speaking).
• Plus point: experience with simulators development and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Cooperate with leads from the various products offering to define solutions for customers.
• Handle and manage the technical budgets with the goal of solution delivery within parameters.
• Technical team management: creating work-breakdown structures and managing scope boundaries.
• Managing technical risks to minimise disruptive impact on projects.
• Ensuring development and production progress throughout the project duration.
• Communications with customers and other stakeholders to maintain positive experience.
• Quality assurance of solutions, including review and vetting of all project outputs.
• Delivery verification and certification.
• Keep track of delivery targets, planning and implementation of delivery strategy to meet targets.
• Strategizes the delivery of AI into the technical solution and providing guidance to technical team in AI implementation.
