Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and development of software systems to meet performance, quality, and reliability requirements.
• Analyze customer needs in software requirement engineering.
• Analyze, design, implement, and test the control software.
• Conduct peer reviews to ensure product quality.
• Lead a small development team and ensure team performance.
• Work within a scrum team and manage user stories across the full stack.
• Develop functionality using Agile practices, emphasizing speed and quality.
