Job summary

McKinsey & Company, based in Singapore, seeks a Technical Leader to own vision and delivery of cutting-edge AI and agentic systems. You will guide teams building enterprise-grade data ecosystems, secure environments, and scalable GenAI applications while mentoring colleagues and advising clients.

You will lead cross-functional teams of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and domain experts, collaborating with senior stakeholders to shape AI strategy across industries and ensure rapid, scalable impact.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
7+ years of relevant professional experience with technical leadership in data engineering or architecture.
Deep expertise in architecting enterprise-grade AI and data systems including GenAI, multi-agent, and vector databases.
Experience with MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD for data workflows, and IaC across cloud providers.

Responsibilities

Own technical platforms and lead delivery of ML, AI, and autonomous systems.
Architect scalable data solutions for ML/GenAI applications across environments.
Advise clients on GenAI design and mature MLOps/LLMOps implementations.
Lead cross-functional Agile teams of data scientists, ML engineers, and domain experts.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into technical strategy.
