Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, master’s or PhD in computer science, machine learning, applied statistics, mathematics, engineering or AI.
• 2+ years of professional experience applying machine learning to real problems with large data sets.
• Programming experience (focus on ML): SQL and Python data stack are a must; knowledge of PySpark/Hive/Hadoop is a plus; R/SPSS/SAS are nice to have.
• Ability to prototype statistical analysis and modeling algorithms for data-driven solutions.
• Experience deploying technology to business problems is a plus.
• Knowledge of applying ML solutions to real problems with big data.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and generative AI application building; understanding QA/Risk management.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand needs and build analytics solutions.
• Contribute to cross-functional problem-solving sessions and present to colleagues and clients.
• Translate business problems into analytical problems and develop models evaluated with relevant metrics.
• Write highly optimized code to advance internal Data Science tools.
• Attend conferences and participate in R&D projects to share and learn.
• Work in advanced data science teams to progress from data to impact.
• Guide global companies through data science solutions to transform performance across industries.
