Job summary

Beyondsoft Singapore is seeking an experienced software engineer to join our delivery teams. You will work with engineering groups and stakeholders to enhance software delivery, reliability, and engineering processes across projects.

You will review current systems, propose improvements, and champion best practices such as CI/CD and Site Reliability Engineering, while creating roadmaps for adopting new tools and capabilities. Strong communication with diverse stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of software engineering experience as an individual contributor.
Strong experience with React and TypeScript.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to improve software delivery, system reliability, and engineering processes.
Review existing systems and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
Recommend best practices such as CI/CD and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
Create roadmaps for adopting new tools, processes, and engineering capabilities.
Communicate technical solutions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Support POC projects and assist teams in early implementation stages.
Collaborate with other engineers to share knowledge and best practices.
