Job summary

Beyondsoft Singapore is seeking an experienced software engineer to join our delivery teams. You will work with engineering groups and stakeholders to enhance software delivery, reliability, and engineering processes across projects.

You will review current systems, propose improvements, and champion best practices such as CI/CD and Site Reliability Engineering, while creating roadmaps for adopting new tools and capabilities. Strong communication with diverse stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of software engineering experience as an individual contributor.
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to improve software delivery, system reliability, and engineering processes.
• Review existing systems and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Recommend best practices such as CI/CD and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in a software engineering role as an individual contributor.
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with Node.js is an advantage.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience working in secure or air-gapped environments (e.g., government, banking, or regulated industries) is a plus.
