Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills for troubleshooting IT services.

Responsibilities

• Provides trade floor support to FX and Commodities front office traders and middle office operations.
• Creates secure, high-quality production code and maintains algorithms.
• Leverages enterprise AI coding assist tools to improve quality, speed and productivity.
• Uses ITIL processes and automation capabilities to improve value and reliability.
• Troubleshoots complex business and infrastructure issues to ensure continuity.
• Develops monitoring tools, automation solutions, and helper APIs.
• Drives projects related to onboarding, infrastructure upgrades and resiliency.
